I know exactly how heavy the "shoulds" can feel. For 25 years I built a "successful" career, including a 14 year run at Google. But behind closed doors, I often struggled - and I eventually found myself chasing goals I'd long outgrown.
I became a coach because I worked with one and it changed my life. I regained a sense of freedom and purpose I thought I’d lost.
Now, I help people like you redefine what fulfillment means and create a path to get there.
What do you want? What are your wildest dreams? If you can imagine it, it's possible.
You don't have to do it "the hard way." I'd love to help you on your journey.

I believe success is closer than you think. And I'm here and available to support you along the way.
It feels like everyone lately is touting "resilience" as the one skill we all need.
Yes, we need resilience! It's true. We survived COVID, for goodness sake - we didn't leave our hidey holes for 2 years.
But resilience isn't a destination; it's the necessary, non-negotiable floor in your life. It’s the thing you need so you don't fall into the abyss, the foundation you pour when your whole world feels shaky.
Resilience keeps you on solid ground.
There were years where I was all resilience. I was tough and disciplined - and you better believe I got results. But looking back, I was also running on fumes, deeply lonely, and constantly on the brink of burnout. My resilience kept me from quitting, but it didn’t bring me joy. It was the armor I wore just to make it through the day.
I had to learn the hard way that a life built purely on resilience is just an efficient treadmill. You never fall off, but you're not actually going anywhere that lights you up, either.
That’s where passion and purpose come in.
If you'd like some help rekindling yours, I'd love to connect.
Perhaps one of the most challenging aspects of getting unstuck is realizing you ARE "stuck" in the first place.
The thought that “I am feeling stuck” is often not a first-order realization. But there are a few key actions and “stuck” behaviors that act as signals that something is awry. Here are 4 main signals I look for, both in myself and with others, so we can uncover possible ways to get "unstuck."
Perfectionism
People Pleasing
Emotional Reactivity
Depletion
These feelings and behaviors tend to start with an uncomfortable or unwanted situation that you don’t take action to resolve or change. Over time, your discomfort grows and festers, which makes it harder and harder to do anything about it. Eventually, you become overwhelmed with a sense that you can’t do anything to change the situation.
The good news? By summoning your courage and taking action about whatever is holding you back, you can make moves toward getting unstuck. I'd love to help you on that journey.
